Your spaces
Chosen for your spaces
Sheen and cleanability matched to each surface and your maintenance needs.
Your team
Reviewed with your team
Resident sensitivities, ventilation and facility requirements considered before work begins.
Specialty primers and coatings are reviewed separately. Drying and return-to-use times follow product requirements and the agreed facility plan.
Minimal downtime. Clear coordination.
Your window is tight.
Our plan is precise.
Meals, activities and care routines set the schedule. We work with your facilities team to plan manageable work zones around them, including evening or weekend access where needed.
Preparation, painting, drying and cleanup are built into the plan, so your team knows what is happening and when each area can return to use.
- Agree on the window: Confirm scope, access, materials and resident notices before our crew arrives.
- Work in phases: Protect belongings, define work areas and coordinate accessible routes with your staff.
- Hand back a finished space: Allow the specified drying time, clean up and review the area with your facility contact.

What Our Clients Say
“Aloft Group recently completed an exterior makeover to our old and dated “red rug” brick exterior. They used high end exterior paint and top of the line equipment to get the job done on time and on budget. Jeff and Joel were a pleasure to work with, real quality guys through and through.”
Mitch M.
“I’ve been using Jeff for years. He’s been nothing but professional, prompt, knowledgeable and his work has been nothing short of meticulous.”
