By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Aloft Group, you consent to receive text messages related to our services. These may include:

- Estimate and invoice communications
- Customer service responses
- Promotional messages (only if you have separately opted in to marketing)
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our services. You may receive up to 10 messages per month for transactional communications.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aloft Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Termination
Aloft Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services if these Terms are violated or if unlawful or harmful activity is suspected.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or SMS where appropriate.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
